In the heart of the Auvergne, our Garden & City Gerzat residence enjoys a pleasant, calm and secure setting, in the immediate vicinity of motorway access (A89, A71, A75). Close to the industrial and trade activity zones of Gerzat, it is located 15 minutes from the centre of Clermont-Ferrand, known for its Place de Jaude, the largest in the city, and its Gothic cathedral built from lava stone.

This ideal location means you can easily explore the region on business or on vacation. A region with sumptuous landscapes and a rich terroir. The Parc naturel régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, the largest in mainland France, is less than 30 minutes away. It's home to the majestic Chaîne des Puys, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Also not to be missed is the Vulcania leisure park, with its scientific and fun activities focusing on volcanoes and the planet. Our Garden & City Gerzat residence, with its seasonal swimming pool (01/06 to 10/09), offers spacious, fully-equipped apartments with kitchenette and free high-speed WiFi connection.
