Contest: Les Bains du Rocher in Cauterets
General Terms and Conditions of Participation in the Contest "Win Tickets to the Bains du Rocher"
Article 1: Contest Organization
The contest is organized by Garden & City in partnership with the Bains du Rocher, located in Cauterets. This contest runs from December 23, 2024, to December 29, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
Article 2: Participation Conditions
The contest is open to any adult natural person.
To participate, users are invited to:
• Follow the Facebook or Instagram pages of Garden & City and/or Garden & City Cauterets.
• Comment on the contest post on one of the respective pages, indicating with whom they would like to enjoy the spa to validate their participation.
• Tag friends or share the post.
Article 3: Prizes
The contest offers:
• 2 tickets to the Bains du Rocher via the draw on the Garden & City Facebook and Instagram pages.
• 2 tickets to the Bains du Rocher via the draw on the Garden & City Cauterets Facebook and Instagram pages.
Each winner will receive 2 individual tickets.
Article 4: Winner Selection
A draw will take place on December 30, 2024, among all participants who meet the entry conditions. One winner will be selected for each page, across all platforms, for a total of 2 winners and 4 tickets.
The winners will be announced in the stories and contacted via private message on the social network used for their participation. They must confirm their acceptance of the prize within 48 hours. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.
Article 5: Prize Distribution
The prizes will be provided in the form of electronic or physical entry vouchers, as determined by the Bains du Rocher. Winners will receive all necessary information to claim their prize. Prizes are neither exchangeable, refundable, nor transferable.
Article 6: Liability
Garden & City cannot be held responsible for the cancellation, postponement, or modification of the contest due to circumstances beyond its control. It cannot be held responsible for any technical issues related to social networks or internet access.
Article 7: Personal Data
The information collected for the contest is intended for Garden & City to manage the contest. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data. To exercise this right, they can contact Garden & City via private message on social networks.
Article 8: Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions. Any fraud or attempted fraud will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant.
Article 9: Claims
Any claims related to the contest must be submitted in writing within 10 days following the contest's end date, i.e., before January 8, 2025. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
