In the heart of the Auvergne, our Garden & City Gerzat residence enjoys a pleasant, calm and secure setting, in the immediate vicinity of motorway access (A89, A71, A75). Close to the industrial and trade activity zones of Gerzat, it is located 15 minutes from the centre of Clermont-Ferrand, known for its Place de Jaude, the largest in the city, and its Gothic cathedral built from lava stone.

This ideal location allows you explore the region easily, whether you are on business or on holiday. A region with sumptuous landscapes and a rich terroir. The Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, the largest in mainland France, is less than 30 minutes away. It is home to the majestic Chaîne des Puys, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Be sure to visit the Vulcania leisure park, which offers scientific and fun activities for visitors of all ages to find out more about volcanoes and the planet.

Our residence Garden & City Gerzat benefits from a swimming pool that is open in season and has spacious and fully equipped apartments with a kitchenette and free high-speed wifi connection.
